| Royalty | 6% of Gross Sales per month during Months 0 to 3. You must begin operating immediately upon completion of corporate training. Month 1 is the first full or partial month of operations. There is no minimum royalty fee during Months 0 to 3 of operations. 6% of Gross Sales per month or a minimum royalty of at least $500 per month, whichever is higher (with an initial minimum Gross Sales of $8,333.33 per month) in months 4 to 15 of operations.
