Royalty Fee	During Coach Catalyst period: No royalty obligation applies. Revenue collected by the Institute under the Catalyst Services Agreement is not subject to franchise Royalty Fees. Beginning on the Commencement Date (completion of Business Operations Module and Foundations Intensive 1): Before Graduating from Foundations Training: Base Royalty: $0. (i) 32.5% of Gross Revenue if the franchisee’s total Gross Revenue for the applicable calendar month is $4,000 or less; and (ii) 25% of Gross Revenue of the franchisee's total Gross Revenue for the applicable calendar month that exceeds $4,000. First 6 Months After Completing Training: Base Royalty: $1,200/month. Plus, 25% of Total Gross Revenue that exceeds $4,000 in the applicable calendar month. Starting Month 7 After Completing Training: Base Royalty: $1,500/month. Plus, 25% of Total Gross Revenue that exceeds $4,000 for the applicable calendar month.
